Learn to sail
The Saskatchewan Sailing Clubs Association provides a Mobile Sailing School that travels around the province. Participants are instructed by nationally-certified CANSail coaches, using provided Club 420 and/or RS Feva sailboats, or Optimist Dinghies (ages 7-12).
EQUIPMENT: Participants are required to wear Personal Flotation Devices (PFD’s or life jackets) at all times on the water. Please bring your own. Water shoes or running shoes are good footwear to protect your feet. Remember, it may be cooler on the water. Bring extra clothing and shoes to get dry after sailing. A nylon shell jacket is a good idea.
